  ORDER CANCELLATIONS Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel the order before it enters fulfillment or ships. Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled as a return under our Return & Refund Policy. If an order is successfully cancelled after payment has been captured, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  RETURNS & REFUNDS You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and applicable tags.

  • Wrong Size or Change of Mind: Returns may be accepted within the 14-day return window if the item is unworn and meets our return requirements. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.
  • Incorrect Item: If you receive a different item, size, style, or product than the one ordered, contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be available depending on current inventory. Please contact us if you need a different size or style.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  *Items that have been worn outdoors, damaged after delivery, marked Final Sale or Clearance, returned without required original packaging, or returned after the 14-day window may not qualify for a refund.
